Disappointing, only 3 months after I purchased this vacuum cleaner, it's not only blown up but also short circuited a number of appliances in the house which all need replacing now. Will never buy again

I actually really like this vac because it does a really good job on hard and soft flooring. Only 2 things; I'd have loved a foam or cloth filter in which I could add some scent oils, and the hole from the head to the hose should have been larger to prevent any odd blockages.

Hey sent a replacement and it lasted for five months Now it’s stops working if it gets a little hot.
Poor quality, head gets jammed with anything like hair or anything bigger than a piece of cheese.
