I think the graduated compression feature is just okay. If you can afford these, they are nice, and they probably will help. If you are looking to achieve leg compression in an everyday context for way less money, try stretchy skinny jeans. I end up using those more often because even though the material is thinner these days for most jeans, stretch denim will still usually be thicker than even a really nice compression legging.
They do not work with regular fashion the same way yoga pants do, because there is a shine to this fabric. If you are wearing them for everyday purposes or pain management, you might want to make sure the rest of your outfit is casual enough to work with an athletic looking legging.
The only other thing to note is that sometimes, when I remove these leggings, I need to have an electronic massager already set up and ready to use. Sometimes there is soreness after compression, or it just becomes more noticeable after the compression has been removed.
