These fitness leggings are a good thick quality, they are not see through which is good as I hate it when leggings are really thin and all you can see is your underwear.
I’m normally a size 12 and in everyday leggings I would wear a Marks and Spencer’s size 12 but because these are sports wear and thought after reading some reviews I would opt for a size bigger. I’m glad I did. I ordered a size 14 and they fit perfectly, I wouldn’t of wanted my usual size as they wouldn’t of fitted properly and would of probably worked there way down and felt uncomfortable.
I’m 5 foot 8 and they come about a good inch above my ankles which is fine.
