Much smaller than expected especially after reading reviews. They are just ok. The pictures do not really match the product. Was really excited to get them but mostly just disappointed when I opened the package. I actually thought the 2 were one at first then realised that was not the case and my heart sank. The outer finish is also not particularly appealing.

Lightweight book ends?

I was hoping these book ends could hold up some books or magazines on a table top. We ordered the 4-6 lb set, and each book end measures just over 2 lbs with a food scale. Looking more closely at the product images, I now realize these are decorative and work best for max 5 magazines OR books that already stand up on their own. I’ll keep them because they’re pretty, but functionally not appropriate for what I was hoping.

Too much dye

My teal geodes arrived in good condition and they look lovely, but there is so much dye on them! I've wiped them down multiple times and I still get dye on my fingers whenever I pick them up. I'm worried they'll ruin my books if I actually use them as bookends. I hope I'm able to get all the excess blue off of them soon because I really want to put them to use.

I bought this set of "bookends" for a few books on my desk. I know these books are heavier and so I purchased the heavier option. But upon receiving my items, I found that the size of them are underwhelming. They are much smaller than what the picture made them look out to be and they don't work as book ends. There's no rubber feet on the bottom like advertised, plus if you handle them more than a second your hands turn blue from the dye. Not happy with the purchase and will be looking for better bookends. DO NOT BUY FOR BOOKENDS. They look nice but they don't do the job!

It’s a pretty piece and I understand it’s dyed, but it doesn’t have to dye my hands. In fact it colored everything it came in touch with. And also these two pieces are not the same size, one is noticeably larger than the other. Still debating whether to keep it or not.

I really like to color, am very pleased with the product, and I recommend them. The only negative I can say is that the dye is all around not just on the face, so when holding the pieces on the back (non-polished side) the dye powder comes off on your hands slightly.
