Too much dye

My teal geodes arrived in good condition and they look lovely, but there is so much dye on them! I've wiped them down multiple times and I still get dye on my fingers whenever I pick them up. I'm worried they'll ruin my books if I actually use them as bookends. I hope I'm able to get all the excess blue off of them soon because I really want to put them to use.

I guess I definitely expected these to be bigger. These might be great paperweights, or bookends for hardcover books of standard novel size, but they dont work for taller, paperback books. I bought these to hold my music on the top shelf of my desk, but they fall over so easily. I should have gotten a heavier set. Beautiful, though!

Cute - but a little on the small side. It's nice that they provide stick on rubber beads for the bottom. One of the "stones" was rather top heavy and the base was almost not wide enough to support the weight without it falling over. But - the rubber beads help with stability.

BEAUTIFUL but not most capable of being sturdy book ends unless books are very small in height, few in numbers and weigh very little. They would not hold my textbooks. I would recommend the stones alone. They are gorgeous.

Outside of rocks have some sort of paint on them that is powdery somehow. Wondering why it wasn't left natural. Soaked them overnight then scrubbed with soap helped.
