Beautiful and Sturdy. The first pair I ordered was not as pretty as the one in the picture but certainly very giftable. But it was missing the little rubber pads. So I called Amazon saying could you please send the pads. This is going to be a graduation gift and I want it to be perfect. Amazon said why don't we just give you a whole another set? I said that I really didn't need another order just the pads but they wanted to make sure customer service was not lacking and they sent me a whole other order with the pads in it this time! My niece just opened the package and she seemed thrilled! And so are we. Your agate bookends are beautiful and so is your service.

Perfect for keeping my planners beautifully displayed within easy reach.

I ordered the 6-8lb option, and my package's total weight was 8.9, so do note that the weight is aggregate and not per piece. So I'm definitely glad I got the heavier option.

I'm pleased with their appearance, as well. I understand that can vary greatly due to naturally occurring differences between stones, but I'm happy with what I got.

Edit to add, it did not come with the bumpers to go on the bottom. Fortunately I had some already.

SO disappointed! Neither geode had any sort of grain or contrasting pattern to it- they looked like rocks with solid blue glass on one side, not like a geode at all. Plus the package inside the shipping box had a big red sticker on it like it was rejected previously by someone (or the producer), what the heck. Nothing pretty or unusual about this item, and neither one looks anything at all like any of the images. Really wanted these, too. This has to be an item you see firsthand, since they apparently will send a polished rock whether it looks like a geode or not. Grrrr!

This is a pair of lovely agate bookends purchased for my bonus daughter for Christmas. She loved them. The color is rich and bright, and the stones themselves are beautiful. I gave 5 stars for "lightweight", because I felt they were the right weight for the product. In truth, they are quite hefty, and probably weigh around 7 pounds, which should be expected for stones of this size. I am very happy with the purchase.

The bookends are beautiful but smaller than I imagined. My main issue is that mine could have been packaged better. I opened it to find there were chunks that had come off in transit. I didn’t expect for the book ends to be perfectly symmetrical, but I didn’t think that one book end would be noticeably thinner than the other. Also, another item I ordered was in the same package and the weight of the book ends smashed the box of that item, and the item fell out.

I liked the idea of these, and the fact that it said they were naturally grey on the outside but I received a pair that appear to have been powder coated or spray painted teal on the outside so when I opened it teal powder came out all over and I currently have them sitting on paper towels on the desk so they don't stain my white desk. Not sure if I can wash off the residue or what but beware if you purchase these that you open in a safe place. Otherwise the actual inside portion is beautiful.

Got these for work and when I opened it up one of them was broken. And not just a small piece, but like broken in half.
The only reason we didn’t return them is because that would have been more hassle. One of my girls decided to just glue it back together.

They look nice but the outside is chipped in many places. Little disappointed by that. I'm sure they will blame shipping but they are barely protected in the packaging. When I opened the box, many chips and rocks fell out of the box. I still like them and will use them but I think they need to package them a bit better.

I ordered the 7-8lbs after returning 3-4lb (which were a beautiful cut) because I needed more height. When these arrived, they were nearly the same height. The dimensions of the larger ones were listed as 7.99x7x5, but no dimension of the stones I received even comes close to 7-8”… Super bummed & returning again.
