Recieved and checked serial number, is valid Australian warranty eligible for Apple care. New sealed, sound and fit totally exceeds all expectations. People saying they are not for Australian market are incorrect they say for Malaysia which is the same as the ones you get from retailers here. Model number is the same. Check your facts people.

Identical to local apple store product

I initially purchased my airpod pro from my local Apple Store in Australia however have since returned the product and purchased from here due to significantly cheaper price. The two products are identical in packaging/quality. They both state on box "for Malaysia" so it seems Apple Australia may be just distributing surplus international stock?
The only issue faced was trying to register the serial number to buy apple care online as it said the product was ineligible - solution was to call Apple support for applecare and they fixed the issue to then proceed with the online purchase of applecare.

Sound cancellation works ok in some scenarios, but if you're sitting in a crowded area, basically no difference to ANC off, the pressure effect on the ears makes it slightly uncomfortable after a while, however other people have told me they don't feel the pressure, most likely a person by person experience.
Most importantly they sound fantastic, and after accidentally going through the wash, after about a week they returned to full functionality. Buttons didn't work for a while after going through the wash, but they work now.

I was a little skeptical if they were genuine, but for the price they should be.
The sound quality, noise cancellation and battery life are all great, I used my Bose headphones as the comparison.
It does state they are for Malaysia apple and verifying the purchase with apple Australia took 5sec online. Would not hesitate to recommend. 👍

These were 20% less through Amazon than via Apple. The noise cancelling ability is amazing. The shape took a few days to get used to, but are less likely to fall out of my ears, so I like them.
I still have similar issues of occassional drop out and disconnection with my phone (an 11).
but overall, the sound quality is amazing.

Definitely genuine Apple devices. I purchased these AirPods Pro from Amazon Australia. The box labeling states that the model is for the Malaysian market (refer image and label on box side) and the product was made in China. The set performs flawlessly in absolutely every respect and I’ve tried all operational modes and iOS configuration options. In addition, I saved $81 over the standard cost charged by the Apple Store. Furthermore, delivery occurred in less than 24 hours! The Apple Store offered an inferior two week postage delay! I therefore can recommend both the product and this vendor :-) Because these devices are not Australian Apple store purchases there is an issue registering them via Apple. However, given the substantial discount pricing and the unlikelihood of them failing within 12 months I’m very pleased with this product and the Amazon deal!

The sound quality on these are amazing! Coupled with the incredible noise cancellation the experience is quite immersive. The spatial audio qualities of these headphones is second to none at this price point. I just wish the batteries would last 8 hours but you can charge them for 5 minutes and get another hour out of them. Also having 3 different size ear buds means you get the right fit. Massive improvement from the original AirPods.

Bought two of these when they were on sale: one for me, one as a Christmas present for dad. Happy with the sound, you can notice the difference between the sound canceling being on/off, and so far have had no problems with the battery. I use them for Uni and charge the case maybe once every ten days and never run out of battery. After reading some of the other reviews from overseas, I’ve got my fingers crossed my dads pair will be just as good!
