In its most upright position, this chair leans so far back you will be staring at the ceiling. I have my staff stand on ladders so I can see them during meetings. Took it to the Sistine Chapel and didn't have to change seating positions at all. Its not a chair, its a bed. The "padded" base is made out of 100% concrete and dark matter. I would give it a zero out of ten but cant look down enough to see my keyboards '0' key. Buy a rock, a nail and a plank of wood instead.

The chair was advertised as having 'Cushioned lumbar support and thick multi-layer padded seat'. It has neither and it's like sitting on wood. The only way I can use it is to sit on a pillow. There is virtually no lumbar support. I've given 1 star because the massage function does work. I've sent 2 complaints which haven't even been acknowledged. Makes me rethink any future purchases from Amazon because customer service is important.

This chair is just ok, no surprise, just do the job. The lay down position with some massage vibration is good at this price range. However, the back is short, not suitable for people height over 170cm. Seat cushion is hard, some people may like it, but I would say not for long time seating.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter. She really loves it. She likes the high back and the support and the massage function is great though it would have been helpful to have a longer lead. It took a little bit of putting together but it works fine. The only other quibble I have is that the arms make it hard to push in under the desk. Perhaps an office chair without arms might be good?

I was expecting it to be more comfier it does have plush seating however you can feel those massage balls in there and sometimes I slide on them and hurts my tailbone, Also the postage with this was a disaster trying to get it delivered to me via australia post just was not the best. I don't love the way that it does not sit as far forward as I would like it to it sits quite a way back and theres no ability to adjust it any further forward. And when I did recieve it there were NO INSTRUCTIONS in the box I legit had to google and search to find another model to try and get some idea of what I was doing and where I was going wrong there were MANY choice words said. Ultimately I am very dissapointed this was supposed to help me a lot and now I just feel very annoyed and seriously let down. For the money I spent I do not believe it was worth it.

The chair came as described in the ad, however it turned out to be on a smaller side -- my husband of an average height and weight could just fit into it, so to use it as an office chair every day would be uncomfortable, not enough space and the back is too short, no support for neck and head. We sent it back instantly. Unfortunately had to pay $53 for return, so basically for nothing.

I've only had the chair for a day but so far so good.
Easy assembly and very comfortable. I recommend getting the foot rest\extension piece as it compliments the recline position nicely. The USB powered massage works OK but i wouldn't consider it a primary feature. If you want a comfortable exec office chair and don't want to overpay, then go for this one. Just make sure you check the dimensions relative to your desk area. Far better value than the chairs available on Officeworks.

I truly loved the Office Comfort Massage Armchair right away simply because I have been wishing that I could own one for a very long time, and it has all the right qualities about it. But what makes me exceedingly disappointed is the fact that the product description never mentioned it needs to be assembled manually. So I just naturally thought it would be shipped to me already fully constructed. And the instruction manual is seriously hopeless because it only shows diagrams without any real intelligible context. It doesn't even inform you of all the required power tools which are obviously needed as part of its assembly process. So how will I know which power drill I need if I am an inexperienced handyman? They clearly need to start thinking about other people in the world who have no first-hand knowledge in the manufacturing and trade industries. In conclusion, I would like to ask any devoted member if they could possibly assist me in assembling my very first Office Comfort Armchair, if so, they can forward their message to this address: azuireos2@gmail.com.
