Issue with manual but overall very happy

After reading a mixture of reviews, we weren't sure what to expect but we're generally very happy with the product. It was the most affordable floor bed we could find that had rails. I initially had trouble setting it up as I believed some holes were drilled in the wrong place but it turned out to be an issue with the drawings in the manual and I was able to put it together by flipping a piece upside down. I was very happy with the prompt customer service I received when I contacted them with my issue and they were able to help resolve it for me after a few emails back and forth. Even though it doesn't feel like the strongest product possible, the paint work and quality of wood is fine and it has held together well. Also has been sturdy enough for an adult to sleep in it too although I wouldn't go jumping on it. Our child loves their new bed very much.

The bed frame is very flimsy. If an adult try to sit on it the structure start complaining and it looks that it is about to break. But customer service is amazing as one of the cross member was having crack and the team has sent a new ne very fast to replace.

Product was good and easy to build but the courier made my heavily pregnant wife and my 2 year old carry the two heavy boxes from the basement to our unit which is absolutely disgusting , that man should be fired for having No compassion or respect .
