I will be fair and say the fabric would have been nice - it has a stretch feel, but there is no way this is a 2XL. The top part of the gown fits as tight as a tube top. I bought this for my mom to wear over her gown loosely in the hospital but there is no way the sizing is even partly right on this one. The top part literally measures just over 15 inches wide. My laptop is wider than the top of this. If you are looking for a loose fitting gown look else where. Back this one goes!

I ordered both a blue and black one and they were worth every penny. I am 145lbs, 5'6" and I got the medium. It's perfectly flowy and just the right length. My husband teases me that it's my Mu-Mu - but I don't care - they are wonderful dresses. I have washed them many times and they have not lost their shape or faded in color. If you're not looking for lazy summer day wear, I could also recommend this dress as a cute dress with fun sneakers or flip flops. You could even knot one side and wear it that way! I highly recommend!

This is my FAVORITE night gown EVER! I bought this in an XL in pink and its 65% cotton and 35% poly. I loved it so much especially because its not see through and has pockets that i ordered 2 more but they came in like a jersey knit material that was only 35% cotton and 65% poly. Very thin and see through, so if you want the thicker one that dont hang and is NOT see through be sure to check the description of the material for the different colors. Keeping pink one. Sending the other 2 back. You can find the cheap jersey knit ones for much cheaper.

Want to like this so much because of the cut and drape but the material attracts every piece of lint in my house. I shouldn’t have to use a lint roller on it BEFORE go to bed...that’s just wrong. I don’t want all of that stuff on my sheets though. Not worth returning so I guess I’m stuck with it. Wonder if the other colors are made from a different material so things don’t stick to them. Sad because needed this since just had abdominal surgery.

The picture is a bit dark. This is the dark blue one. I am happy with the XL: I’m 5’3” with a heavier pear shape, and it is somewhat concealing. The fabric is super soft and comfy and I love the blue tie dye.

There was a quality control issue with the one that was delivered today, but even though I am returning it, I have already ordered two more. I have extremely sensitive skin and can’t sleep if I feel even the slightest texture. A scratchy tag or a stiff thread poking me somewhere will keep me up all night. This gown is the perfect smooth, soft fabric that I need for a good night’s sleep. It’s long, which I like, and the colors are exactly like the pictures.

In my case, one of the pockets was sewn too small and had a large hole where the seams didn’t meet. I couldn’t put my whole hand in the pocket. The second issue was that the tie dye made a perfect bullseye right over my rear end. I can’t walk around with a target on my butt. I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing that, but I’m hoping the others I ordered don’t have these issues. I love the fabric and style and hope to be living in them in the future!

If you like a pretty long night shirt, this fits the bill. I bought it for a post-surgery recovery nightie. It is comfortable and the quality is good. I realized later that a shorter garment might be nicer for quick use of the bathroom (TMI) but look forward to wearing it when recovered. The red is a very pretty color. The quality of the fabric is a good medium weight. I will order at least one more. The fit was a bit baggier than it needed to be but I believe I’ll still order the same size in the next one. I usually wear an XL but could easily order a large for a trimmer fit. It also fits a large bust line.

I ordered 5 of different sizes for Christmas pjs for the gals. These are SO Comfortable, well made, & has deep pockets! I’ve washed mine several times & it hasn’t faded or shrunk. It always looks new! If tempted to wear it as a dress. It’s very flattering for most body types. My youngest daughter wears size 2. The smallest size was way too big for her & she gave it away before I altered it. The other sizes were M, L, XL, & 2x. They were perfect!
UPDATE: I've had this dress for two years now & it still looks new! I still haven't got the nerve to wear it beyond my home! Guess if it advertised as a casual dress, I would have no problem dressing it up with a belt or scarf. It doesn't wrinkle either. Been washed SEVERAL times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Size and color not as expected

I returned the first nightgown because it was too large, even though I had used the size chart. I then ordered a size smaller and it is fine. It is still loose, as I like in a nightgown, but a much better fit & very comfortable. Washes nicely although after drying I did hang it for a while to finish drying the pockets. The color was not as expected. The blue was actually navy and the lake blue is a more muted color than shown. The length is great since I like a longer gown. However, the sleeves are shorter than pictured, but adequate.
