Great mop, but handle painfully short

I have a professional cleaning business, and been searching for the perfect mop that works on all floor types, so that cleaners don't have to carry 2 different mop systems in their vehicle to cater for the different hard floor types without leaving streaks. This could be it, the closest I've found to perfect, but the handle is designed for people 5 feet tall and below. Anyone using this will get a sore back after 10 minutes mopping.

I know the short handle is a common complaint going by these reviews, it's such an easy fix, just send one more pole attachment.

If you can fix this issue, I will buy more mops from you, and plenty of mop head pads as the business grows

Very expensive mop for 2 uses only. The stainless steel mop handle bent after its first use and then completely snapped on its second use. I just need a replacement stainless steel pole but I'm unable to find one that fits the mop head. Very disappointing.

I liked the mop but it broke after only 12 weeks and I need to replace the mop as it didn’t last long with just weekly family home clean. Can only buy it as a set with bucket and can’t find any way to get the one year warranty.

It works well, but my only complaint is the dirty water gets squished right back into the clean water, which is kind of gross and defeats the purpose...so you end up mopping your floor with dirty water. It does scrape off the dirt into the other side of the bucket, which is cool, but I'd rather it also drain the dirty used water into that side too. The handle and bucket itself seems sturdy enough and well made so it will last. But I feel like there has to be a better way to wash my floors with CLEAN water.

Make sure you read the directions which I didn't completely do. Thought it was broke because the pad kept coming off when I tried to change it. Didn't realize there are spaces to thread it on. Now I'm happy and it is easy to use.
