These rugs are super soft, I will give them that. But buyer beware, they do not hold up under washing. This was not washed in a commercial machine either. And, this is the 2nd set I bought (purchased total of 4 rugs). So I am not writing a review for one bad rug. This why I am writing it. These were given the benefit of the doubt after the first two did it, so we bought two more. Don’t spend your money on these. You will regret it. They do not last long. This was after the 4th wash.

Washed it once, according to the instructions (actually I used delicate cycle instead of their instructed normal cycle), let it hang dry and then air fluff for ten minutes and now it has long, loose strands that stick out.

Bait and Switch

I ordered 3 rugs all the same thickness but different sizes to fit in my newly remodeled master bathroom. All 3 arrived timely. However the 43x24 inch rug was half the density of the other 2 rugs. Had they not been in the same room and delivered the same day, I would not have known the difference or had something to compare it to. Anyone ordering this product should inspect them to insure you are getting what you pay for. This seems like the manufacturer intentionally tried to pull the wool over my eyes and perhaps yours too if you don't know the difference. The 36x24 and the 16x24 are just as expected. However the 43x24 is NOT even close to the same quality. It is lighter and thinner by far and so is the packaging. Shame on the manufacturer for trying to take advantage of its customers like that. Hopefully amazon will investigate and seek criminal action against the manufacturer ( DEXI ). No telling how many people have been taken advantage of this bait and switch tactic of DEXI.

Annoyed: ordered two of these rugs: received different rugs

I ordered two of these rugs at the same time for the same price and they sent me two different rugs. One is lovely, lush, and as expected, the other is of poorer quality, small, thin, and cheap. I am returning the latter. However, I am annoyed that the company, Amazon, or Dexi, has no quality control. See pictures. I ordered a replacement rug and will update this review with what I receive.

The bath mat you receive is NOT the one pictured. The mat sent to me was tiny, and the fibers sparse. Not soft, not absorbent. Very very cheaply made. I don't think it would survive even one washing. Extremely disappointed and wish I hadn't even wasted my time.

Different Sizes are Completely Different Rugs

I ordered two different sizes of the rug, both navy, got two completely different rugs that do not match. I am returning immediately. I ordered a 32x20 and it was a darker navy, with a more make wool material very thick and fluffy (which I would imagine would be a nightmare to clean) AND I ordered a 24x16 which is a slightly lighter navy with a more traditional shag/polyester feel and much less fluffy that the bigger one. They are not the same, this is false advertisement/description. Buyers beware!

*I attached pictures, the colors are not great, but still show the difference.

These rugs are terrible. There is no fluff to them & they are so thin that they slide easily. I have fallen twice when getting out of the shower onto one of these rugs causing me to cut my foot open. I am throwing out these rugs and getting something of a better quality. I would suggest looking at other rugs.

Do not buy!

These are soft and that is about it. The measurments are off slightly but worst of all, the material is cheap and does not clean well. We do not wear shoes anywhere in our home but the rugs turned color very quickly and they will not wash out. After washing 2 times and NOT drying the material changed and is now ugly, stained and falling apart.
