I bought 4 of these about 7 months ago. I was hesitant to buy them because we have 2 roombas and I worried that the roombas wouldn't be able to go over them. The roombas DO go over them but they also move them around. I've got these on ceramic tile in a bathroom and even walking on them moves them around somewhat. I'm always adjusting them so I'd be happier if they were weightier and had a more clingy backing.
They wash well but the edging is lose at the ends. So, the edging, at the end of each, is not sewn down. Also, there is one spot where the stitching has completely missed the edging material. Every time I wash them I have to trim off a little more of the end of the edging because it continues to come loose. Other than that, they do feel good underfoot but the foam is not dense like a memory foam insole or an anti-fatigue mat. I guess if they were more dense then it would be really hard to get them into the washer. As it is, I fold them lengthwise, cloth side out, and wash on delicate.
I have 3 of these in my master bath area, in front of two sinks and a larger one as you exit the shower door. I do like the appearance and softness however, they do move around a bit on our tile floor more than I had hoped. They are much lighter than our previous yarn type bath mats purchased at a National store and I suspect that contributes to this issue. It is an inconvenience but not enough for me to return them. It is the only reason I docked one star, maybe not fair of me to do that but I did not realize or read about how easily they slide on a tile floor.
I use these in my kitchen as anti-fatigue mats. I used to have a real anti-fatigue mat, and it was hard to clean. The usual kitchen grease and grime never seemed to come off, no matter how I tried. These are easy-peasy. I just throw them in the washer with the dish towels, and let them air-dry overnight. The care-label says you can put them in the dryer, but they dry in a few hours on a drying rack, so why chance it with the heat from the dryer.
This mat is a favorite new product in my home! I ordered just one at first and loved it so much I immediately ordered a second! As far as the creases that appear when the package is opened...they disappear pretty quickly. Just lay it out and in a few days they will be gone! My previous bathroom mats of many years...I learned will slip under my feet sometimes...oh no!!! These do not...they stay in place...and they are wonderfully cushy to step on! Love them!!!
I love this line of bath rugs, easy to clean, plush to the feel. My only advice has nothing to do with the product, but delivery, the driver should ring the door bell if applicable especially when raining. This would alert the owner that there is something at the door.
