Frankly speaking, I am not much interested in writing reviews but the quality of the mat forced me to write one. The mat's build quality and price is unmatchable, I was looking for something versatile for our baking needs and fortunately, I ordered the right product.
At home, we used this baking mat for preparing tons of different items from pastry to pizza to sourdough bread and this mat has not disappointed me one bit. It sticks to the countertop and allows you to do many different baking tasks, must also add that it is very easy to clean. I have used it as an oven liner too and it was wonderful. The conversion tables and scales are useful too and help you in getting the correct portion of ingredients. Overall, a very versatile and useful item to have.
