This little thing is amazing. If you have luxury vinyl plank flooring, laminate flooring or hardwood... get this now. Works so well. We have cats, dogs and 5 kids and this vacuum picks up everything the are putting down. Love how easy the dust cup is to empty. Love the nice long cord. Lightweight and easy to carry from room to room. I was in the process of ordering a more expensive well known brand of vacuum but didn't like the price and wasn't sure about the warranty and customer service issues. Went ahead and got this and don't regret it one bit. LOVE LOVE LOVE
***UPDATE***
Still LOVE my vacuum just as much as day one but thought I would give a tip to anyone who finds it suddenly doesn't suck as well. Just take off the floor v looking part from the power stick part and clean out the hose. Shake it upside down. I found one day it wasn't picking up and did this to find a huge fur ball stuck in the tube. I removed and works perfect. We do have lots of pets inside due to winter conditions so lots of fur. Hope that helps someone else.
