The pages are filled with lots of nice illustrations to color, and you can copy Sarah's way of painting in the colors, or feel free to do it your own way. The paper material is heavy and well-suited for watercolor practice.
The book starts out with introducing you to techniques and some of the basic colors and materials you'll use, and then you can swatch your own palette using the recipes that Sarah provides.
If you're looking to practice without having to draw your illustrations, this book is for you!
