I bought this Water Bugs bath fishing net as a gift for a 20 month old child. It is designed to comfortably hold, bright and suitable to teach them coordination! Would highly recommend to others.
My 6-month old has been teething and just chomping down on the washcloth in the bath. I thought I'd give these bath bug toys a try. They are a solid plastic and she seemed to like grabbing at them and trying to chew on them. Too young still to play with the net but I can see her enjoying it when she gets older. The only thing is that there is a tiny hole at the end of the net handle which let in water when I first washed it... this will certainly collect more water in the bath and mold. Kind of poor design for something that is meant for being immersed in water...

My 17 month old LOVES this bath toy. It's such a simple concept, but is a favourite over any others. The bugs don't have any holes in them, no water can leak inside - perfect! The net has a little hole at the bottom of the handle and water gets in there. However, we've had this toy for several months now and I do not see anything inside the hole. I do shake it vigorously after bath time though to get the water out and then leave it on the counter to dry. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this one!
