I really wanted to love this bra. It looks good on, but when in downward dog, my natural mom boobs literally fall out. It's too low cut in the front. If you have tiny boobs or nice perky fake ones that don't move, this bra will probably work for you. If you have nursed 3 kids and have squishy mom boobs it's a no.
I am 5'4 138 lbs with size 34 C boobs and ordered the small. I don't think the medium would have been any better.

Strange Sizing

After reading the reviews, I sized up to a Medium (usually wear a small/34B), but it was way too big and offered no support. I exchanged for a Small, which then was so tight it hurt and my skin was pushing through the straps like a sausage. They are drastically different in sizes, not your typical next size up/down (photo is Small on top of Medium for reference). The Small was also kinda wonky as the straps weren't evenly spaced where stitched to the back. Aside from that, the style and feel of fabric is great, and I'm sure it'd be a great bra if you find one that fits.

Based size chart I am a small, based on reviews I ordered a size up.

I am 5'2, 130lbs, 32b-32c and muscular but leaner build. The cup area was huge, the bra strap was slightly too big, and the bra straps fit (I have bigger shoulder so that's normal for me for the straps to be tight) but I didn't expect the cup area to be so big. I'd say order your normal size in bras if your within the A-small c cup range.
