Ordered these tights because they combined both the muscle and joint support. I loved the muscle compression and knee stability, they felt great. However, the gray bands on the black tights made me look like I was wrapped in duct tape, so I sent them back. If the bands were black like they are on the CW-X Endurance Pro-Muscle, I would have keep the tights and given it a 5 star rating. Too bad, they don't offer an all black design.
This is my second pair. The first literally came apart at the seams, so I wish it were more durable, but these are the best compression tights I have found. I don't believe all the claims about muscle support, but the compression aids circulation in my old legs and makes running easier. I didn't give it five stars because the first pair wore out before it should have, given the price.
I’ve used them for tennis and skiing. My biggest complaint is the groan compression. As a man with a package extra room in this area is lacking and therefore uncomfortable. Otherwise the amount of compression elsewhere is just right for me. They don’t provide insulation for skiing so I wore long underwear over top for warmth. They worked well for tennis. I dropped the grade to three stars because at that price I expected more male comfort.
Bought these for the days I need to run in the daytime sun in Florida being spf protective. Very surprised they are not hot, really cannot tell they are in from a temp standpoint. They breath so nicely, there is actually a cooling feel to them on my legs. Also they give a nice wrapped feeling, keeping muscles tight reducing vibration if injured. Would buy again.
Unfortunately the design of these makes no allowance for space in the crotch- I couldn’t imagine wearing these for more than a few minutes. For such high end tights, I’m Surprised this wasn’t considered.
