I have spent my life trying to find a sports bra that fits right. I'm starting to think it doesn't exist. My sports bras before this one were tight in the shoulder and uncomfortable, so when I bought this and it was uncomfortable, I wasn't surprised. It's just the crappy life of a woman with a larger bust. So I'm not going to hold my discomfort against Calvin Klein. All sports bras basically suck for anyone with a D cup.
That said, I docked a few stars because the bra is so tight in the sides that it makes my skin bunch up, and when I'm lifting weights, my arms rub against this bread-baking skin . . . I'm not overweight, either. So the bra being this tight on the sides is remarkable. What the ...????
But it's still not as uncomfortable as "lesser" brands, so I can live with it. Also, I jump rope in this bra comfortably. Unlike with other bras, there was no painful movement or anything. I was held still. So the performance/low impact, for me, was great.
I would easily buy this bra again but at a larger size. I think these run small. Calvin Klein was designed for smaller sized women. I was sold on their underwear by an Instagram ad (lol) which is what led to me buying their bras. As a busty woman, I'm never going to find a better sports bra than this. It's the only sports bra that actually works for me, even if it is still mildly uncomfortable. So I have no regrets.
Summary: disappointed that it has pads but still a great bra after I removed them.
So I purchased these bras cause I thought they didn't have those horrible pads and was like the another CC bra I had. Note: on the listing it says it has not padding. I was disappointed to see that it in fact does have pads. Luckily I could remove them and the bra still fits well and is very comfortable. I am a 38 D/DD so large/ XL fits good. It was a little tight when I first tried on but after that first wear they fit perfectly. If you are wanting max hold I wouldn't suggest this bra but if you need an everyday comfort bra for light to moderate exercise, this is the one for you!
Love this excellent support but just a tad on the smaller size so if youre between sizes I'd recommend choosing the larger one. Bras I typically buy a medium and the medium fit okay but was a little tight where the straps hit on my shoulders. But provides great support and gives decent clevage. I'm 5'7 ~135lbs and have a B cup.
I originally ordered a medium because that was my size according to the size chart. A medium was too small. I sent it back and got an XL and that fits better.
