Not Colourfast after washing.

I would not recommend this item, the brushed cotton is softer than linen but nowhere near as soft as others I have. The main problem however is the colour leaking. Even though this was washed first, it has dyed everything pink. The white bedsheet is pink, my kids pyjamas, even to the point that when my son had a shower it left pink in the water?? I know it’s not the most expensive item but I may aswell have thrown the money in the dustbin, where the quilt cover will be going.

Just get them. These are the best bed sheets i have ever had. After shopping around for cotton sheets I couldn't find anything below £50-£60 for a double. These are super soft and exactly what i wanted for a fantastic price. The white side is brushed cotton which is very soft to the touch and a different texture than the red tartan side. These are great for the cold weather or you could also flip and have the white side outside to be a little cooler.

Lovely soft check white and red underside to this duvet and it's pillows which is the same as on the matching fitted sheet, (bought separately). The upper side is of a slightly tougher material and, slightly disappointingly, it's much more brown in colour than the hoped for rich burgundy colour but it matches the dog well and she knows it! However, looks and feels nice, well made and deliciously cosy, looks like this will be a firm favourite. Haven't washed it yet but 40 degree wash prob preferable to 60 degree or higher!

Soft and warm. The cover is surprisingly thick and warm ... considering the price I wasn't expecting something so substantial. I washed it with colour catchers for fear of the colour running but it didn't at all in several washes.It made an excellent winter duvet cover, I didn't want to transfer to my springtime set! Can't wait to get snuggled up when winter comes round again.

Loved this! It was the perfect pairing to my Catherine Lansfield flanellette sheets and adorable for a winter update in my bedroom. However, it went bobbly very quickly despite following washing instructions and this made it very uncomfortable to sleep with. Of course amazon customer service is second to none and they processed a return of the faulty item 🙌🏽
