After reading through the reviews and the many comments about how these were big, large..etc I opted to go with a size down. Normally i am a 2XL and i ordered XL. I should have just gone with the sizing i normally wear. The XL were tight and really uncomfortable. I also did not like the slight tapering to the 'open bottom' of the pants.
The material is nice and thick, and they seem to be really well made and built to last. Unfortunately though they fit me like compression pants and i don't like 'tapered legs' on anything i wear. I would say they fit as expected had i not opted to go a size down after reading these reviews.
