Not for larger chests

Other reviews had me excited to get this. Unfortunately although it fit well on top it was way too large on the bottom. I got it last minute and didn't have time to send it back before I had to wear it as a part of my renaissance fair costume. I ordered a large and that's generally the size I get in tops. . It was a good length. I am 5'8 165. Around 36" hips, 29" waist, 34DDD-E. even though I have wider hips this was loose in that area. If I had ordered a medium it would have most likely been small in the top but fit better on the hips and waist. Since the front and back of the corset adjust I would go with the medium if I had to order this again and just dealt with a little boob muffin top.

I loved this product for the price, I just wish the shoulder straps had any way to adjust. I was able to get everything to fit nicely in the body but the shoulder straps are too long for me. I have a weirdly short distance from my chest to shoulders, so it's definitely a personal problem and not an issue with the item itself.

The zipper is a huge plus to being able to put this on by yourself. I was using it for a costume where the skirt would cover the zipper since it was anachronistic, and it would have been perfect!! I unfortunately wound up going with another bodice because of the shoulder straps on this one. Maybe I will just have to learn to sew, because I do REALLY like this product.

The string for closures is a bit cheap, but that's easy enough to replace on your own.

I was worried I was ordering too small because I did want it to cinch my waist a bit but when I got it, it fit perfect! My waist measurement right now is 35-36" and I ordered an XL. The material seems sturdy and looks great.

My only complaints are that the corset is advertised to have steel bones, but they're actually plastic (not shocked but its something to keep in mind) so it doesn't keep its shape as much as I would like. Also, the strings used for lacing it up are (strong but) thin and slippery so its a little difficult to lace properly.

But overall great product. Would buy again in other colors!

Ok so I had many problems with this. First it didn't fit my larger breasts. 2 it wasn't adjustable on shoulders. 3 the zipper broke first time trying it on. 4 the shoulder ripped the first time trying it on because it kept sliding off my shoulder. It looked nice but it was extremely uncomfortable and could not bend at all. I have many other corsets but this one was just bad and putting it on so so difficult.

Measure twice then size UP to the ABSOLUTE largest you think you might still be able to wear. We thought we were careful and got the XL for my wife but it fits our daughter who wears the Medium.
Shoulder ties are not adjustable. You could cut them loose, however the shoulder strap is a single piece. Requires home sewing to adjust.
Be sure to search online for how to release the back for proper tightening.

I bought this for a Lady Death cosplay, and it worked great! However, this product does indeed run big. I bought a small, I'm a 34-36B, and I had to take 2 1/2 of the back panels in and still had to wear a bra for it to really fit. But once I got it to fit, it worked like a dream. Most corsets I buy with plastic boning never do me any favors, but this one is different! 10/10 would buy again, just in a smaller size :)

I typically wear an XL top with no issues so I got the XL. The corset was way too small without any alterations. I was able to make the corset work by adding a longer lace and lacing it correctly. With correct lacing it is flattering and fits well. The straps are a bit ill fitting as well but I was able to alter them to fit better. Overall this is a good costume corset, but size up especially if you have a larger chest.

seems like it is decent quality but it runs really small. I wish I would have read the reviews. I ended up returning it. I normally wear size 14. I ordered an XL. It was nowhere near my size. Order at least 2 sizes up.
