I really wanted a corset for my ren faire outfit, and it has taken me a long time to find one that fits my (incredibly picky) tastes in style, color & quality, as well as my (incredibly un-incredible) budget. The one I originally was looking at sold out, and I am SO GLAD it did. Because this beauty came along shortly after, & I'm happy I waited for it! Sure, the zipper doesn't really shout "100% ACCURATE REN ATTIRE!" I mean, none of my outfit does. But, that zipper does make it easier to put on/take off, which I appreciate! The fabric used feels & looks great. The boning does it's job, without being super stiff/pointy/bending too much. I will eventually replace all the cording, but that's purely for personal taste. The stitching is pretty solid. The quality is amazing for the price. And the color. I FREAKING LOVE the color. It matches my outfit so well. So yeah, pretty damned chuffed with this! Though, the little thong thing that came with it...we laughed at it, put it on our heads, laughed some more, then tossed it in the bin.

I have worn corsets before but none with a zipper. I was very hesitant to buy this one because I didn’t see how you could possibly tighten it without busting the zipper.

But it works! It seems to be sewn in very well and the zipper itself is sturdy. The sleeves slip down for me like everyone else has said so I’ve got to come up with a way to fix that and I’ll be replacing the tie for the front. It is a satiny feeling string (though it’s also pretty sturdy) that slips to much to tie tightly.

I was hoping this would be a cute replacement for a bra but it's definitely not built for my body type. It was too tight across the hips and too loose around the waist. It's not as curvy as the product picture. I was hoping the olive would be the gray color some people posted in the reviews but it's definitely green. It was uncomfortable to be in even for a minute and dug into my hips since that's where the weight was designed to be held with this weird cut.

I am 5'2 170lbs and ordered a LARGE OLIVE corset. Great quality fabric and laces. Looks amazing only problem I had was the lace in the back was not long enough so I had to leave it out of the bottom two holes. I would suggest ordering up a size.

This corset is perfect for my wench costume for this year's renaissance festival. The quality is good and it is made well. The large fits perfectly on my 5'6 135 lb frame and 29 inch waist except for the straps. The straps are just too long and it is unfortunate that they are not adjustable. I will need to go to seamstress which is a bummer.
