I can't decide if this product is a genuine Coach bag. Side zipper sticks, hardware seems lightweight. Good size, nice colour. What responsibility does Amazon take to make sure sellers are selling authentic products?? Increasingly questioning whether I should continue to buy from Amazon.

Broken strap

I have wanted this purse for years and I finally treated myself only to find the shoulder strap clasp is broken. My first time using it, it came off three times. I’ll have to buy a new strap. This is honestly unacceptable for a Coach purse and the price I paid. Would not recommend buying from here.

The quality is beautiful, the color is rich....unfortunately... The bag is way too small. The front outside zipper pocket is not big enough for a cellphone. The inside zipper pocket is not big enough for a checkbook. The size of the inside can accommodate a wallet and nothing else. I usually carry a travel contact lens solution and case, unfortunately it will not fit side by side with a wallet. The depth seems un-proportional with the width or length. Much unused space .. Perfect for someone that doesn't carry much...
