I bought this a few weeks back and I love it. Boyfriend and I have mostly been making our own noodles for rounding out soups and just bought more attachments. But its tremendously useful. You can make fresh noodles and pasta in a matter of minutes without kneading or resting dough. The only two small criticisms would be, 1. about the first and last 2 inches are a bit floury (so we just cut them off) and 2. there are a few components to wash each time we use it. But if you are thinking about getting one, stop thinking and buy. You won't regret it if you're big on pasta and noodles and love it fresh.

It hasn’t really worked out after trying 4 times to make fettuccini/ spaghetti. The main problem is that there is always lots of leftover dough that doesn’t come through - even when you try the extraction button over an over again. I’d like someone to contact me about it actually as I am not happy given the amount of money I spent and would like to know if there is some reason for that happening

Loving this pasta and noodle maker. Make healthier pasta and noodles anytime you want. Will never run out of pasta/noodles unless you run out of ingredients. Haha. Taste better too, you bet! Unfortunately, philips and everywhere else are out of stock for the ramen and udon accessory kit for this particular model. So do reconsider if that accessory kit is a must for you.

The made pasta is good, no problem with that. But cleaning is too complicated and involving, not as simple as promised in advertisements. Also dough often sticks to the mixing tool and is not extruded, requires manual intervention.

The selection of flour type is hyper critical. Even weighing the components exactly produces a relatively bland product that is poorly mixed by the paddles and badly fed into the extruder. Pasta is ok, but pretty bland and better done by hand. All of the 'accessory' different noodle type nozzles are unavailable anywhere (except perhaps on one site in the US where they are offered at triple the price elsewhere). Overall, would not recommend wasting money on this, especially considering the hype of the demonstrations. Very disappointed, would love a refund in fact.
