I ordered this as a casual summer skirt vs. a sports skirt. It's longer and heavier than I typically use for running. But on the casual wear front, I think this is fabulous. It's a great length, the fabric is super soft and the skirt fits nicely all the way around. I can't wait until the weather warms up so I can get some good use out of it...and I plan to order a couple more in different colors/patterns.
This is the 3rd of these skorts I have purchased and my least favorite color, so I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars like I did the other skorts made by this company. It's just a little odd, trust me. Nonetheless I kept this skort because 1) It fits tall women (5 10", avg weight) great! It's long enough! and 2) It looks fantastic on, makes your booty and front look awesome! And I'm a generation Xer. Please restock your colors!
I've several of these skorts for casual wear and when I saw this nicely printed skort, I immediately purchased. COol (I live in the desert with 115º Phx temps) but still want to look upbeat out and about. I get so many compliments on this outfit. I wear a navy top from my closet and I'm all ready to go.
I have a few of these skirts now because I find them to have a comfy waistband and be the perfect length. I use them for rafting and other outdoor activities. Love the skort but wish the fabric dried a little faster given my primary use. Also wish it had a pocket and that they offered more solids and geometric patterns as I’m not much of a floral person.
Perfect length. Not too short but not dowdy, either. Love that they're smooth (got solid colors, too... Now have 3 and will add more!). Great for high/low tops (no bumps from pockets/zippers/buttons). Of course the built-in shorts ensure that no "surprise displays" occur while sitting or bending. Quality is excellent and they wash well, too. I'm 5' 5" 126 lbs and have S & M (both fit - stretchy but good hold...just depends how snug you want to go).
Purchased 3 of these in various styles for my wife. She's very picky with her clothing and has some other pairs of skorts she had purchased some years back that she loved but could no longer find. I surprised her with these for her birthday after doing some research and she absolutely loves them! Yay! Fit great, look great, material is soft and they're the right length for her! We'll be buying more!
I bought the first 4 at Costco for FAR less than this. But...Costco is out of them and did not have this pattern (that I recall) so....sometimes you just have to go for it. Especially when you know they work. Wear well, wash well. Perfect length and generally do not ride up. Although I must say....the new ones do a little bit, but not awfully. don't know why. the other older ones still don't. If Costco has them next year in different patterns...I'll buy more. Don't do shorts anymore.
I am 5 foot nine and medium build and the size medium fits perfectly. I have these in every color I can find and they are my every day bottoms. I live in Florida and they are much better than a skirt and are more comfortable than shorts when it’s hot and humid. I just love them
This is NOT a Colorado Clothing skort! The whole thing is different. Material is much thinner, almost see-through and the waistband is a flipped over elastic, not the encased type CCC uses. I own about 10 of these skorts in different colors and patterns and across all of them the fabric has the same thickness and hand feel. I gave them 2 stars, because they refunded my money right away.
This is the best skirt ever! You can wear it to walk the dogs or dress it up and go to a party or work out in it. I have a lot of athletic looking skirts and I love this one bc I can wear it out too!! And the camou print is my absolute fave!!
