My daughter was so excited to get the peach rain jacket in the mail today. However, when we opened the package, we noticed that the jacket was UESD. There was HAIR on all of the velcro attachments. There was dirt on the sleeve. But the best is, there was a SOCK in the pocket! A SOCK. Really? There are no tags on the jacket. We are sending it back. Hopefully they retire this jacket once it's returned, otherwise it might end up on your doorstep.

I couldn't verify if the item I received was authentic or counterfeit. I got a jacket had a non embroidered chest logo, missing packable tag in the pocket, and a non diamond omnitech logo on the left sleeve.
The tags had no any Columbia word and QR code in it.
I don’t know how to contact amazon by email address for my problem.
