This is a very good pair of shorts to enjoy the outdoors. Good pocket size and the color is stunning. They wash well. My only complaint is that they are probably made for taller people with very skinny thighs as I have to roll up the leg parts it too long so I can move properly.

Upon delivery, I ripped open my package containing my Columbia Women's Backcast Short and Columbia Women's Standard Sleeveless Tamiami shirt. Finally!!! I found Columbia shorts (and a top) that fits comfortably. I'm excited to get out fishing on the water wearing my new threads, with comfort and style! For reference; I ordered XL Backcast shorts and XL Tamiami Sleeveless-both fit very nicely and true to size. I am 5'5" 200lb 40D, wear XL and 16 in most labels. I will be ordering more of both.
I like Columbia and its products. These shorts are a nice color and good fit but they don't have elastane therefore they are not as comfortable as an old Columbia pair I have had for ages now. It would be nice to find the soft and flexible fabric that I have on these old shorts that were called titanium and I would like to see them made again.
