I bought this fleece jacket for an end of May vacation to Yellowstone. I live in TX and knew I would be needing a bit more warmth than my current jackets could provide. I looked into some of the more expensive brands, but as a full-time Texas resident, I didn't feel like spending big bucks on something I wouldn't be using very often. The highs at Yellowstone while we were there never rose above 40°, and was typically below freezing. It was cold, snowy, and windy. I wore this fleece comfortably every day! Most of the time, the only thing I wore under it was a basic long sleeved thermal shirt, and that ended up being all I needed. During the coldest, windiest times, I layered with an additional thin, breathable jacket. I never got sweaty, but I also stayed plenty warm. The fleee was very soft and comfy, and I loved the overall style. The zipper pockets were plenty big enough to hold my phone, as well as a few other things. I got the Navy blue color, and was very pleased. I'll be wearing this jacket for years to come! Columbia makes excellent products that don't sacrifice your budget.

The navy wasn't navy blue at all, more like teal or slate. Other than that, this is the 3rd Benton fleece jacket I'm on because they are really great. Also be aware that these may not be brand new. It appears to be a return (whoever bought it probably hated the color too).

I am 5'11" and 170 lbs, with a larger chest. I got the size large and it is cozy and roomy enough for me to layer under it if needed. Its the perfect jacket to wear when you want something really warm but don't want to have to put on a giant puffy coat. Great price and great product.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase as I am between sizes at the moment. Went with the large and it fits a little big, but I am not mad as jackets should have some room for wearing. Doesn't look bulky. I am very happy with the quality thus far. I've always been a Columbia fan and will continue to purchase their products as long as the quality is never compromised.

This is a nice jacket and a very responsible price. It runs a little large and the sleeves are a little long. I bought the large and should have gone with a medium but I’m keeping it. It looks nice and is a true navy blue color. Not as cozy as a North Face but for the price it’s well worth it.

I was hoping the color would be more like the picture, but it isn't. It's actually looks like a faded navy - from sun or washing so it appears almost light blue. But the fit was perfect for me and I liked other features such as elastic in the wrists to keep cold air out and good pockets. It didn't match what I bought it for, and color was disappointing. Change the picture to be more accurate. I did keep it because it was a good price and fit well.

This jacket is warm and I wear on all winter days, except the coldest, when I wear a heavy coat. The fit is perfect for me. I am 5'8" and weigh 150 lbs and wear the Large.. I would have one in every color is I could afford it and had room in my closet. I have the hot pink, the purple, the aqua, the charcoal and the navy. Those go with most everything I could possibly wear in the winter.
