These have entirely replaced picture hooks on the wall, because they're so convenient and flexible! I can put them wherever I want and they just come off cleanly.

These are so strong as well - I've hung up an A1 sized with only 4 of these and it's barely moved at all. I've also hang up my Dyson v8 wall charger on the wall with this and it works really well.

Heed the warnings of others!, I didn't and now have a broken frame.
Followed instructions to the letter.
Was ok for an afternoon, went away for the weekend, broken frame.
Just didn't stick to our painted and prepared (as instructed) walls. Used double the amount suggested to be sure it would stay up.

I love these things, so much easier than trying to get a picture hook in the right place and, so long as you think about the weight you are hanging one pack can sometimes hang multiple pictures. The item to be hung has to be flat as these strips will not work with curved or bevelled frames or decorative plates or ornaments that do not sit flush to the wall but so long as that caveat is noted they are fantastic. I have hung various sized frames, canvas prints, small mirrors and a couple of china pieces very successfully.

Against my better judgement I was 'made' to use these to hold up a large metal mirror in a bathroom. The bathroom is used every day and the person in question like a hot bath with a lot of steam (me I'm a shower person but this wasn't my house so).

In consequence I had grave doubts that these would do the job and even if they did that the adhesion would not last. Please to say I am wrong on all counts (well not pleased as I don't like to be proved wrong!). Six weeks later and 42 steamy baths later the mirror is still up, yay.

Excellent mounting strips

I must admit I have never seen these before and bought some out of curiosity after reading many positive reviews. On the face of it they looked very much like Velcro strips but actually they have lots of little plastic pins with heads arranged in such a way that they lock into each other when pressed together. As a result you only get one type of strip in the packet and not a pair like hook and loop/Vecro. They also have a bendy foam strip on one end that's used to easily pull the strips apart from each other.

They actually don't feel overly sticky/tacky but this means that the 'drag' potential is much lower with these strips and their surface area strength is going to be quite high, so, they are more likely to stay where you put them. Apparently they can be removed from paint without causing any damage. I'm inclined to believe this but haven't left any of the them on a painted surface for long enough to verify these claims.

They are available in various sizes and also available in black which wasn't obvious when I purchased my first pack. You so get several more strips in the Medium size strips pack (20x) compared to only 8 in the Large size strips pack. There difference in size between the strips themselves is not that significant though.

I also managed to use these to attach a Leap Motion controller to a HTC Vive Pro and was able to remove the strips without leaving any tacky residue on either. Definitely not what these strips are designed for but proves they have other potential uses outside of mounting pictures to walls!

Pros:
- Easy to use
- Very strong
- Beats drilling holes
- Available in different colours and sizes

Cons:
- Far less strips in the Large strips pack

I followed the instructions to the letter and hung a photo frame. It was no where near 7kg more like 3kg. I used 4 strips, 2 on each side, within an hour it fell and my frame damaged. This happens before and I assumed I had not cleaned the wall properly or let it adhere properly. I wont be buying again. I have found a much better alternative.
