Item arrived with no assembly instructions, other than what was printed on the side of the box it arrived with. It arrived with a folding plastic bar, not the metal adjustable sliding bar as stated on the side of the box, as a result of this, the plastic bar was unable to slide into the fabric inserts because of the folding mechanism situated in the middle, which wouldn't fit through the inserts. Rather than return the item, I modified a bar of my own, which works perfectly well. I had consulted with the seller about the problem, but rather mysteriously, they had no record of my purchase order, so I didn't get a replacement bar.Otherwise, a nice piece of kit.

The negative reviews stating that the users couldn't unlock the support bar are bizarre. Just insert it into the pad, pull it open, and you're done. There's no lock. As for there being no setup directions - did they try reading the box? No? Well, that's where you'll find them. It's true the support bar/hanger is now different than originally pictured. It's now black plastic instead of metal. They probably subsequently redesigned it. It's no less functional for its purpose.

This is a great and easy to use product to use with a hand-held steamer. Two straps hook onto the door, your article of clothing on a hanger goes on the hook, and off you go. Make sure the silver side faces out. When done, it folds up nice and tidy. Failing to use one while steaming is not going to end well for your door or wall - especially if painted. Pick yours up today.

OMG, this was designed by the PID Brothers Stu and Bicus.
Stu PID designed so that you can only steam 1/2 a shirt or 1/3 of a pair of jeans!
The Durability hurts like an abscess in a Bicus PID!
Horrible, unless you want to iron baby clothes and staple it to the wall. Its overall weight is about 1.5 ounces. look at the pic with a blow dryer! lol! Cannot believe anyone would give this even 2 stars.
Save your time like I didn't, Don't even TRY it! lol
