Ultimately I didn't expect much in the way or support or lift from this, and I didn't get it. I tend to wear a 38F and I'm realistic about bras and their inability to preform literal miracles. However, the entire reason I got it was because it was cute, versatile, and had a lot of coverage for a sports bra. I live in FL, so I begin to die of heatstroke every time I go outside but find most crop tops unfit for my "blessings" if you catch my drift. This bra is fitted enough that I don't feel like I'm gonna fall out of the bottom of it, loose enough that it doesn't look like my breasts have gained sentience and are trying to escape, and quite comfortable. My husband is opening a dance studio so we've been doing a lot of construction and running around (occasionally in storage areas with no A/C) and as long as I wear a thin, slightly more supportive bra underneath this bad boy is perfect for my needs. The only reason that I docked a star is because I was hoping I wouldn't have to wear anything underneath it, but it's otherwise becoming a staple of my summer wardrobe and I'll probably buy at least one or two more.
Core 10 has stolen my heart. It's way too hard to find nice athletic wear for plus size women that isn't either A. way overprice bc they know we have no options and/or B. icky fabric, weird sizing, or just overall uncomfortable.
Amazon brand products including clothes have actually been doing me well, so I went out on a limb and bought this bra + some leggings and my god. I don't want to take them off. They're SO comfortable. The fabric is silky and doesn't have a weird plastic feel or swishy sounds. It stretches comfortably, its easy to take off, and I can wear it all day and I don't feel a thing. The band doesn't twist or fold weird. And on top of it all, it looks SO cute!
The only downside is it's not going to be as supportive as a sports bra with proper cups, but it still does great at keeping the gals in place. Sometimes if I wear it for a long, long day the band might pinch a bit but that happens to me with EVERY bra because of my back fat so not really the bra's fault!
If you're plus size and looking for good athletic wear go for Core 10 stuff, hands down! I've been recommending it to all my friends ever since I've picked these up.
I typically wear 42DDD and self conscious when I spill out. I was looking for a light to medium impact to wear around the house and feel supported. I got a 3X and it was too big for more than lounging.. not compressed at all but fully covered and comfy. have ordered down a size to see if it is a tighter fit.
Super comfy! Zero support, though, so I’ll only wear it for yoga, pilates, and while I teach pilates. I’m 46, so my 34DD need more help than this bra gives. However, it’s super comfy! No side boob popping out. No cleavage for clients to see. It really meets my needs. For fit reference, my circumference around the band area is 28”. I bought a M. A Small might’ve fit but probably too compressed for comfort.

Size small is a bit too tight on me, it's definitely small enough that I could do a medium. I'm a 34A, generally size XS. I might have a larger rib cage than most my height/weight so that could be the issue. For those with a small cup size who don't normally need much support, this will give plenty of support for even running. I'm not moving anywhere in this thing. Purchased more for lounging/pilates but it will have to stretch out a bit before it's comfortable enough for that. I like the high neck, would love to see more high neck options without the mesh backs on the market, looking to have less area to apply SPF. All these fancy mesh and cut out backs are annoying for tan lines and sun exposure.
