At first I gave this 4 stars...that is until I used it 4 times... I guess it dose t say lid is stainless, it’s. Cheap tin of some sorts...if they had a negative star this would get a - 4..

This is not, repeat NOT stainless steel, after the first use the inside has started to oxidize and discoloration in multiple places. The handle on the brush will not tighten, it was stripped out on delivery. The lid is like pewter and not stainless, the canister is more like galvanized metal. The oxidation is because it's two different metals touching (dissimilar metal contact corrosion) which proves they're not stainless steel!
