These are a staple in my art box. They are made from rice paper so they are smoother and easier to use for me.

AFTER USING A WEEK OR SO EDIT:

I neede to basically chop the tips off the blenders as they are so soft they flap about all over the place when you are 'rubbing' them on your art.
I had a generic one years ago which I used to death it was the size of my pinkie and very hard paper and was perfect at blending I wish I could find one like that again.

Will not be buying these again, the large one is ok but the thin ones just cant manage a normal piece of artwork they bend and the tips get really flimsy

Simple to use, blends pencils much quicker, cleaner and smoother than just your fingers alone. It is a worthwhile purchase if you work with pencils or graphite.
You can easily clean and sharpen it with some sand paper, using a sharp edge to trim it off or to sharpen may not be as ideal.

Have had these a few months now. I bought them for using with coloured pencils, polychromos and similar and blending solution. I find them too soft, bend easy and snap after continued use. I had difficulty in cleaning and sharpening with the sandpaper pads for paper stumps leaving the tip kind of fuzzy. I think these better suited to use with softer mediums like pastels, graphite and possibly Coloursoft Pencils. I've tried multiple brands and so far spectrum noir and daler Downey have been my favourite to use.

Great stumps that I buy regularly. They're tightly rolled and graphite cleans off by rubbing into a putty rubber. I can also cut them into a new point but this never is as clean as I'd like it to be.

Hence the never-ending purchasing.

Someone should invent stump-ends that can be used with a pencil extender. That way one regular stump could yield four or five perhaps.

I bought these after watching another artist using them so I thought I would give them a try.
They're absolutely incredible for blending and shading and I can achieve some stunning effects.
They hold onto lots of graphite and you can move it around the image so much.
I clean them by shaving them ever so finely with a scalpel, watch your fingers!
