I have researching dehydrators for a long time and this is the best and excellent product as it does what it says it will do. I have been able to dehydrate so many of fruits and vegetables (love sweet potatoes) to preserve them while their prices are good and store them in those air tight glass storage containers with great seal from Ikea. The dehydrated foods kept its vibrant colours, crunchy and taste awesome too. If i boil them and added to my food, it hydrates back to life and you can't tell it has been dehydrated while keeping all the nutrients !!! Love it. Wish I had bought at least 12 stainless trays so that I could dehydrate more each time.
It is all food grade stainless steel all over which is most important for health. No more plastic to worry about.
Good job Amazon !!!!!
