Looking to change up your acoustic guitar tone? Our Acoustic Pick Variety Pack is the best place to start your experimentation, featuring a selection of picks that perfectly complement the tone and playability of acoustic instruments. From warmer materials such as Nylon to brighter materials such as Ultex, this pack has all you need to refine your unplugged sound.
If you're bored with your electric guitar tone, the easiest way to change it up is to use a different pick. With the Electric Pick Variety Pick, you can try out a variety of materials, shapes, and gauges to fit your sound and playing style. Thick picks with sharper tips help with control and precise single-note runs while softer, thinner materials help achieve a built-in compression to rhythms. This pack has them all, and each was chosen to complement the tone and playability of electric instruments.

These are excellent. The multipack of JAZZ III all of which are heavy to very heavy are brilliant. The standard Jazz pick is small compared to standard plectra. If you are used to a standard size tortex plectrum the two XL plecs in this pack might be more to your taste. The whole point of these plecs is to provide a very stiff plectrum with a precise point for picking and a rounded edge for strumming. And after all the clue is in the name Jazz.
The four different materials offer the option to work out what you like as a material.
Each of the differing materials
Nylon red bright nicest to hold
Ultex top end almost non existant but beautifully rounds
Tortex felt a bit too thin, even though it was way heavier than my old plecs
nylon black. Too bright too grippy for me.
That provide differing attacks on the string and each has their own degree of grip.
My main problem now is I can't pick which pick I want to use to pick.
Seem ideal to me, good selection of thick, medium, thin Etc, ideal for this beginner to figure out which ones he prefers to play with.
Good price at about 5.50 ....free next day delivery cos I have Prime right now, it’s a good deal over the winter months because for £7.99 for Prime ya get free next day delivery on lots of items, Plus loads of good movies and documentaries Etc on Prime Video, if your signed up to Prime download the Prime Video App on ya phone and get lots of free movies on Prime Video.
Many have a rental price but lots of good movies are Free!
I have a Smart TV with WiFi so I watch them on that but you can also download the App on ya phone to watch them if ya signed up to Prime.
I was recently signed up for Sky movies on Now TV for the offer price of £5.99 a month, cancelled it .....Wow it’s Full of the same old moves they had on a year or so ago.
Also cancelled Now TV Entertainment Pass, I was getting it at the offer price of £1.80 a month, that was a great deal but they won’t give it to me again cos I’m had it for 6 months I guess.
£1.80 a month was good even though it’s Full of repeats .....I basically only wanted it for the Discovery Channel on there.
Noooooo way I’m paying the regular price of £9.99 for it, Now TV has a few new things on but anyone who has experience of Now TV will know it’s also FULL of repeated stuff, or should I say things that have been on there Years!
I still watch Sky News on it and over the past few days as I’ve clicked on now and again I’ve see Only Fools and Horses on the Gold channel under Sky News channel, I thought OMG if they show Only Fools & Horses again they will wear them out!
I love the show but talk about flogging a dead horse, No pun intended ..... LOL
I think it really is down to personal preference which you will like as to be honest I found very little difference in tone with any of them.
Out of the pack I liked the thicker ULTEX perhaps because thats what I have got used to but also liked the Flex one, this seemed to make playing faster easier than the ULTEX but doesn't seem to be as durable. I plan to get some thicker Flex ones though as it along with the ULTEX are my short list. The purple one was pretty good too and has a grippy feel to it - almost like it has talk on it!
The black one started to disintegrate almost immediacy on playing and felt very bendy even compared to thiner picks! The grey one has a grips on it which I found distracting. There was also a thin Tortex yellow one in the pack which just seems too bendy for bass playing.
Anyhow I'd recommend this pack its certainly been useful for me.
