Too long in the crotch

Great soft comfy home pants, but I intended to have street joggers. The length from the crotch to top is so long that the crotch hangs low in a very unattractive way. I have to double the top band up but that looks ugly under a shirt. Won’t buy again.

First, the pant material is like butter! So soft, flows, and comfy. I am relatively short (5’3”) so they are too long - As I kind of expected. I don’t know why I thought they had an elastic cuff, but they don’t. I will probably get them hemmed because folding looked a bit odd w this style pant. The only issue I have is that they are a little too loose in the back, mid thigh. It’s not a deal breaker but I wish it was just a little more fitted looking. I am usually a size 12/14 and got a large. They fit perfectly in the waist but that part is just a little too baggy as they taper in a bit as they go down. Hope that makes sense. They are perfectly fine for lounge pants though. May want to avoid if you are looking for a slightly more fitted look.

I'm leaving my 4-star review from before up below, but I'm jumping down to a 2 after a week of wear. These things leave black lint EVERYWHERE. Normally I have to vacuum twice a week - I've had to vacuum every day I've worn these things. It's disgusting. Definitely don't recommend.

I have a few Daily Ritual tops and decided to try and a pair of their pants. I'm a size 18, although I've lost a bit of weight so maybe I'm closer to a 16 now. All my tops have been XXL so since I'm pretty proportional I figured a XXL in pants would work for me.

Nope, I'm swimming in these things. I think even an XL may have been to big, I probably should have gotten a large. To get them to fit and not drag on the ground I had to tie them really tight and then flip the waistband down twice. I considered exchanging them, but I'm probably only going to wear these around the house so I'll just put up with them.

That being said, these are lovely pants. Insanely soft, just like all Daily Ritual products. They're a good thickness, you can definitely wear them as everyday pants if you want. These will probably be my new favorite lounge pants. Highly recommended.

The feel is wonderful but after one cold wash/line dry the material changed dramatically—like pilling but not—hard to describe. Can’t really be worn in public after washing but still feel great.
