We've had the machine for less than a month, but we're very impressed with it, after a bit of messing around with the settings, we've got it making the perfect (for us) latte every time with a push of a button. Bought a set of 8 double walled cups so we only use the same size each time, that way we don't need to play with any settings, plenty of options to customise how you want it, it's no louder than the Lavazza pod machine it replaced, and that's including the bean grinding noises. I do not have a negative for this model, I purchased at an EOFY sale price and although I found it hard to justify so much money for a coffee maker, but after wanting one for a long time I don't regret it.
I've since ordered from delonghi a second milk carafe as I use regular milk and my wife has lactose free milk, just convenient for us.
