OK baggy shorts

These are OK shorts. I like the cut and fit of them a lot, but needed to size up to a 36 waist for them to fit me (in most other shorts I'm a 34). A standard 2" belt will fit in the loops no problem. They're made of a non-breathable polyester material, so get pretty hot and sweaty if you're wearing them in warm weather, and the material starts to pill faster than any shorts I've ever had before - they were pilling after the first wash. They seem to be a thick material so hopefully they'll last a while.

As other reviewers have noted, these are sized a little small. I would recommend as the others do, buy a size larger than what you typically wear and you will likely receive a pair that fits great. These shorts are very lightweight and breathable which is a huge plus. I like longer shorts and these fit my liking to a tee. At 5'10" and wear I generally wear my pants, these sit about an inch to an inch and a half below my knee cap. Perfect.

These aren't 5 stars in my opinion only because:

1. I think they are slightly overpriced. Yes you are buying a quality product but at $25 a pair, they are a bit salty for my liking. If these were priced in the $15-18 range, I would be much more satisfied, and would certainly purchase more pairs.

2. When you order these from amazon they ship (at least mine did) in "economy packaging" which equates to a thin plastic bag. Absolutely no problem there, i'm all about low cost packaging, the only problem was they have an odor to them. By odor I mean they straight up stink. I had to wash them twice before I was comfortable wearing them. I say this because I don't know if it's the straight from the factory plastic bag packaging that caused it or if I just got a funky smelling pair. It's worth noting.

All in all, they are a pretty good buy. A little cheaper and no smell and I would have rated at 5 stars for a quality product.

I bought 2 pairs of these different colors. One pair fits extremely tight for a 36 and this pair fits even tighter. These are not your typical 36 inch. Did not fit well at all.

If you are a size 36 order 38s the sizing is off. 36 was too tight at the waist and this is my normal size for everything.

Great shorts. Durable for sure and easy to wash as dickies usually are. Imo theyre very loose fit. The cargo pockets are huge too. Not complaining just take into acct they may br super baggy
