I'm 5 ft 3 (64 inches), & pear shaped.
I weigh around 210 normally and 220 lbs when it's "that time of the month".
I'm all hips with barely any butt.
Though people tell me my belly isn't big, I can assure you it hangs a lot in the front, which makes it hard to find slacks for work that are comfy, attractive, fit well, and don't fall down.
I bought these slacks years ago, in a size 16, since they're stretchy. At 200 lbs, they were a bit tight but not uncomfy, because they stretch.
However, I bought another pair in size 18, for when I'm bloated. The size 18, at 220 lbs fits very comfy. :-)

The pockets ruin these otherwise decent-fitting pants.

These pants fit fine, but the pockets are weird, and that's annoying. They're too small to hold anything, and they're shaped "decoratively," so they snag on counters and such if you stand up from sitting or turn a corner too sharply. After they're washed the first time, the pockets kind of droop strangely. It's altogether odd. I'm accustomed to women's pants pockets not being deep enough, but these are not just small: someone went out of their way to make them especially awful. It's crazy. The pockets ruin the line of the pants and make them impractical at the same time. I don't feel right rating them less than a 3, because it's just pockets, right? But they're truly terrible pockets.

Also note, if you intend to work in these, that the slightest bit of peroxide will bleach them right out. I'm writing this in July 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 outbreak in my area, and this next part is NOT THE FAULT OF THE PANTS' MANUFACTURER, but it should be stated as a warning. Our CDC-approved cleaning solution for work is a hydrogen peroxide solution. I got it on these pants the first time I wore them, and they were completely ruined. (Which is fine, because I truly, deeply, completely hated those pockets with a rage worthy of the ages.) If you're going to be using such cleaners, find a pair of pants with a different material. These won't do for anyone handling such chemicals. The slightest spot ruins them. I might have been able to dye them and keep wearing them, but I hated those pockets, so I just threw them out.

I'm 5'2 so I usually have to look for petite clothing. However, I'm also overweight and VERY curvy which makes it even harder to find proper clothing. I usually wear a size 16 jean, but I've always been told to size up with dress pants. So I went for a size 18 and bought regular length just to see how they fit. Needless to say, sizing up was the perfect idea. These pants fit perfectly around the waist and they reach just above the floor with my shoes on. They are a little snug in the crotch area, I've noticed a hint bit of a camels toe which is annoying. Also they lose color immediately after first wash and wrinkle quickly which is absolutely annoying. I'd say, after wearing them for a bit, overall they are below average for work and not a great investment. Especially not for the price.

I’m 5’7 or 5’8 between 210lbs and 215lbs. I’m apple shape so most of my weight is in my tummy. I bought a pair of size 16 before and they were tight in the waist. So I got these is 18 regular. Length is perfect, I normally have to buy long. Waist fits great. A little baggy in the legs. So I would be a 18 waist and 16 legs. These will work as I am loosing weight. I will buy 16 next time.

I bought these in black and they faded after the first wash and continued to fade. After a few washes they were more faded than years old black pants I have. I bought black in another style and they are still black. The quality isn't there across all styles. I don't recommend dark colors in this style.

First the pants are good material quality very comfortable - the pockets are big enough to be useful and not just for show... So why the low rating you ask?

Two washes and these black pants are so faded they look YEARS old - compared to the pants I bought at target 3 years ago which are a darker black! I read another complaint about this and brushes it off - I work in an office environment and a faded black like this stands out and make a then unusable - I wish I could return them I'm that annoyed at the fading.

Rip and fade easily

They fit great and are the correct length, but in the first week or so I ended up with a rip near the first belt loop and the black faded to grey very quickly. Despite the perfect fit I will not purchase these again because they didn’t last long enough to be worth the money.
