Good Value, but Not Perfect

I did a lot of research before I bought these. I had been using another brand for years, but they are so expensive and actually never fit very well. I liked the color and texture of these and the price was right, so I decided to give them a try. I found them very easy to install, but I decided to discard the little foam noodles they come with to hold them in place because every time I sat down they popped out. I like the way they work just fine without them. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they are so tight through the wing portion that the fabic actually sits away from the chair itself. They are also not wide enough across the front, and I'm not sure how long the fabric would hold out in a heavily used area. However, all of that being said, I was realistic in my expectations, and for a pleasingly slouchy look, which I'm happy with, they work well. I would definitely buy them again.

Good, affordable cover for a worn wing chair

The old wing chair in our bedroom is a quality piece of furniture, but its upholstery is worn and discolored from age and the fact that a series of cats have favored it as a scratching post. We wanted to bring it back to respectability without going through the hassle and expense of hauling it to an upholsterer. Enter this slipcover -- a perfect, low-cost solution. Granted, this is not a crisply tailored cover that would be mistaken for a professional upholstery job; its name describes it well. It is a stretchy, neat, and "easy-going" decorating hack. The lightweight, stretchy fabric was fairly easily manipulated to cover the chair and all of its curves and crannies. There are a couple of places where the fabric is not a tight, exact fit -- but the cover lies in place well; the elastic edge holds it securely, and with a throw tossed over the back of the chair and a nice throw pillow in the corner, it is quite attractive and inviting. The sage green color is soft, as is the fabric itself. Very pleased with our purchase.

The size was what we ordered, but the fit was not perfect. We knew that when we ordered it. Not all chairs are exactly the same. We made it work and we are satisfied with the results. The cover is soft, just the right stretch, and the color is perfect.
It is most definitely better than what it is covering up. So unless you have the same, exact chair as shown in the website photos, please do not expect an EXACT fit. You for sure will be disappointed. I wasnt expecting it to fit exactly, so I am extremely satisfied.

(Green is chair cover, blue chair is original upholstery) This is definitely an improvement. We got a set of Wing backs from Catholic Charities when we bought our home. The original upholstery is torn and stained in a few spots, and I was never a huge fan of the velvety texture to the material. This cover gave our new-to-us chairs a much needed face-lift.

This is a wing back Lane recliner that has been in or family for years. It was one of those chairs that was never sat in. Once I started using it the material on the seat cushion split. I received a quote of $400 to reupholster and could afford it. I bought an ugly Illfitting cover and decider to give this one a try when I ordered the cushion covers. This fits perfect!! Great value for the price and looks great!
