The color of this set is rich and true to description. The material is very soft and absorbent and easily vacuumed however the backing does not make a very secure grip on the floor. The long one in particular is always sliding out of place and I trip on it at least once a day. It might just be that I am a klutz because I am, but my biggest reason for buying a new set was that the grip on my old set finally gave out. It is a pretty and well made set, it just doesn't work for me.
Update 9/7/20. I machine washed and dried this set (medium low heat) and it is now staying put very nicely. Uping my rating to 5 stars.
