Straps are very uncomfortable

The back and cups fit fine however I have the straps extended all the way and they will not lay flat on my shoulders, the ends roll towards each other, I find myself constantly flattening and adjusting them because they become uncomfortable after a while and dig into my shoulders . I tried to tighten the straps a little, but it's not much help. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for comfort and support.

I am in need of a new bra and after consulting with some friends, decided to try this brand. It is my first Elomi bra. I used the 2-day shipping to get it quick because I need it for a trip that I am taking in a few days. I ordered it according to the sizing chart. I even double checked the size printed on the bra tag to make sure that I ordered the correct size. According to the label, I did...but this IS NOT correct. I don't know if the bra is mislabeled or if the design is not right for me, but this bra was a least 2 sizes too small. I have to send it back and I am without a bra for my event.
