Great bra, but broke quickly

I really liked this bra. It fit well, was comfortable, and very supportive for my large 38H chest. I rotated this bra with 3 others, but one of the wires broke after just 3 months!! I will order again because of the fit and comfort, but if it breaks so soon again I can't keep buying a $50 bra every 3 months.

Elomi is my go-to brand and I desperately miss the 1220, and NO other style comes close. I was surprised to see other reviews of the Cate mention that you can't see the pattern through clothing. You can. The shirts I can wear this bra with are very limited as a result. Also, after a few hours I cannot WAIT to take it off. It's not comfortable. Support is decent, though. I'll keep it but won't purchase again.

I just received this bra and after having read the good reviews, I was really hoping it would be a great fit. Unfortunately, this bra did not fit me the way I had expected. I gave it 3 stars because it is "wearable", but the truth be told it simply does not properly shape me. The bra has nice straps that seem to hold when they are adjusted tighter, I liked the color and I did like the depth of the plunging neckline. What I didn't particularly care for was the way the large cups (and they seemed about a size larger than they should be) lightly lift (with a very heavy u-shaped wire) and angle the breasts toward the center of the chest. It makes for a very odd look under blouses or casual shirts. I was really hoping the bra would give excellent lift and natural shaping, but it does not. I wore the bra out today and ended up bringing a concealing cardigan sweater along with me to cover my blouse, as I was a little embarrassed by how odd my breasts looked under the top I was wearing. Additionally, the underwires ride high on this bra and can be somewhat uncomfortable under the arms. I was hoping it would work for me, but sadly it didn't.

Very pretty and well made bra. I wear an H cup and am in my 20s, and this bra did not give me a youthful silhouette. From the side, my bust looked pointy or torpedo like. Might work better for smaller cup sizes.

Straps too stretchy too. My bad. I usually buy Goddess and forgot that Elomi's sizing is different. I should have got a larger band size and smaller cup size than I wear in Goddess. Quality is good. I just hate those stretchy bands. They don't provide enough support.
