I buy these headlamps in bulk for our fire department, I velcro'd them to our forestry helmets for working at night. They seem to be the best bang for the buck in terms of brightness versus battery life. They're fairly low profile (compared to some that are much bulkier). They also have the red-light mode which is useful when talking to people without blinding them, and keeping your night vision good when you don't want a ton of light. They also have multiple lighting modes which are useful for different situations (wide vs spot, brightness adjust, etc). I've used it for fishing, backpacking, etc... Not sure why amazon asked me to rate its "Motion Detection" since there is no motion detection, but, its a great headlamp.

Nice and bright

I use this for reno work so I want a bright light to see what I'm doing and at full strength this is a very good light. I'm sure the red light would be good for night vision if camping, but this is strictly used indoors in dark rooms. There is only one flaw that is fairly easy to fix. The main bulb has a transparent bezel. If you angle the light downward to match you field of vision in close quarters, the light from the bezel actually becomes a glare in your eyes. HOWEVER, a little bit of electrical or other opaque tape on the bottom of the bezel solves the problem. Overall, I'd recommend. I've seen much more expensive lamps perform worse.

La persona a la que le regalé el producto le encantó, le pareció un gran plus para su trabajo, es mecánico automotriz. Si eres de esas personas que todavía utilizan la linterna de mano o tu teléfono móvil, definitivamente debes adquirir este producto, luce genial, es práctico y muy conveniente para ciertos trabajos.
La correa es de tela que se puede ajustar manualmente para la cabeza. La lámpara es tecnología LED con tres niveles de iluminación, aguanta uno que otro golpe moderado, y sí es a prueba de agua -comprobado a plena tormenta-.
Las pilas triple A es de los pocos inconvenientes del producto, son desechables, no es posible recargarlas. Lo menciono porque la duración de las baterías que incluye es de 7 a 35 horas aproximadamente -entre iluminación máxima y mínima-, después de eso tendrás que adquirir otro trío de pilas.

He probado varias marcas de este tipo de lampara y nunca habia tenido una con la intensidad de luz que proporciona esta en verdad sobresale.

La calidad de construccion es lo que se espera de una marca como Energizer es muy solida y de buen acabado y el peso ya con las baterias no es mayor a el de un control remoto.
Viene con 3 modos de luz que puedes ir cambiando entre 2 leds rojos para vision nocturna despues modo full que es mucha luz pero mas enfocada hacia un punto y por ultimo es un haz de luz mas disperso pero con suficiente luz.
Incluso trae un boton para que ajustes la luz a tu gusto.
La correa es sencilla tipo banda de buena calidad y las pilas duran dependiendo el modo que mas uses yo casi siempre uso modo full y aun asi me duran bastante las pilas.
He visto en unos reviews que tenian un defecto en la parte inferior que proyectaba la luz hacia la cara pero el modelo que recibi ya solucionaron eso opacando la parte inferior por lo tanto no molesta la luz en el rostro.

Definitivamente una gran lampara hasta que la tuve me di cuenta que en realidad las otras tienen muy poca luz.

This is truly the best headlamp you can buy for the price. The red night-vision setting is great, and the spot and flood light options work well in complete darkness. I used this as my only headlamp throughout the 2018 deer hunting season and it lasted through many pitch-black morning and evening hikes, heavy downpour, snow, -18 degrees Celcius, and hours in cold weather. I highly recommend this headlamp.
