If you are pregnant. this is scale is not tested for pregnancy.
App is good. only issue i found is at times the BT connection with the app does not work. you have to delete the scale from the app and then reconnect/register once again. its a pain.
otherwise all good.
You can’t add any weights in unlike other scale apps.
Technical support never get back to you.

They’re great for a family as the app can add up to 16 people and store their results. They have a ‘connect to Fitbit’ setting, I haven’t used that yet but it’s another plus for these inexpensive scales. They connected to my iPad instantly and the app is really easy to use, and, if you do like all the body fat, water etc things, it’s got loads of info on. For me being able to set a goal weight and have the results stored each week is sufficient.
The one criticism I have is they use AAA batteries rather than Li-ion. I’m not sure how long they will last. A really good set of Bluetooth scales for the money though.
The scales were very easy to setup thanks to the instructions and the great app, I've never had a problem with bluetooth connection or with the scales picking up the wrong user.
If I've forgotten to take my phone with me to the bathroom, the scales will store my weight reading until the next time I pair my phone with the scales.
I can view all my vital weight/body information in a clear way and it's been a great motivation. After losing 3 stone, I'm currently having a little break before I start again after Christmas. But these scales will definitely be a great help in the final push to get me to target.
Great product, thoroughly recommend!!!
- Quick and easy setup
- Bluetooth connectivity is pretty good. Only failed once on me so far.
- Pretty legible display, though numbers after decimal perhaps a little too small for people with poor eyesight.
- Companion iOS app needs to be on and nearby to get data besides weight and to import to iOS Health.
- iOS app is not very good. Clearly an afterthought for Eufy. And it's not really designed for scale use: the graphs and tracking metrics aren't really designed to be useful to user. I just use my iOS Health app to visualize stuff.
** Body Fat: This is most important to me. I realize that body fat readings aren't very accurate short of a professional scan. But I got this mainly to track progress and changes. Eufy claims they are using electrical currents to read body, but the body fat readings seem to be exactly proportional to weight. For example, my weight today is the same as one month ago and my body fat reads exactly the same to the tenth percent. Is that likely? It is very obvious that most of the work is being done by some algorithm rather than an electrical-current scan. You go for a run and go to the bathroom -- easy to lose a few water-weight pounds in a day. But the scale claims that as I lost 3 pounds over the day, I also dropped 1.3% body fat. That body fat change seems highly unlikely. Again, most of the work obviously comes from a calculation rather than an electrical scan. For that reason, I don't really trust that it'll recognize when I'm building muscle (since muscle and fat weigh very differently).
I will change my rating in case Eufy pushes out some firmware update that makes the body fat readings more meaningful. For now, they seem made up -- based on weight (and other variables), rather than actual electrical currents.
