I have the same issue experienced by some other customers - my clock came heavily scratched (somebody even put extra tape where it was scratched, so it was known before shipping to me) and the box itself was heavily damaged (and let's be honest, this last issue is not the problem of the company) The clock itself is beautiful. Yes, hook is visible, but it's black on black and kind of ok. The package came in separate pieces - hands were separate and dented, pin to hold them in place was separate. The whole thing appeared to be repackaged, but may be I am wrong. Given the price, I would expect better care and quality from the company.

I liked the look, style and colour of the clock but the hands weren't attached. This is not something I trust myself to put together when I want to make sure the clock functions properly; so I returned it. I think they should come put together. Was disappointed with this. But would be great for someone who doesn't mind putting the hands on the clock.

Elle est jolie, mais mécanisme et aiguille très cheap. L’horloge a arrêter de fonctionner toutes les semaines. Je dois ajuster les aiguilles souvent car elles décrochent et ont même tombés par terre. Le métal est bien fait par contre.

Thickness and weight are perfect. Decent quality for the price. We did have to bend it a little so it would sit flat against the wall. The weld where the seam meets was done poorly, but once its up you can't even tell.
