I feel fresher while standing and don't get tired so quickly so I can stand and work for longer periods.
I highly recommend this.

I did find that standing on it with bare feet was a bit uncomfortable. Use socks if needed.
The rocking feature is nice because you can move around and loosen up your low back and hips which is nice after sitting for a while. It's also a nice way to fidget if you're one of the fidgeter types.
Here's what I don't like and it is the reason I can't use it for long periods. The surface that you stand on is not level and this causes your feet to pronate. What this means is your arches are being collapsed and it causes discomfort at the outside of ankle where its now being pinched. The pain continues up to your knee because when you're arches are collapsed you're standing a bit bow legged. And finally, because you're standing this way your low back will eventually start to ache. For me this defeats the entire purpose of standing at my desk.
Its not bad but I can't say its good.. I've placed my feet whichever way I can and I always end up the same way. Uncomfortable and getting off!
