This product only last less than 2 weeks. After that I have to manual re-inflate the cushion time to time of each use. 100% the valve is tighten and still leak. Not worth for the money in my opinion.
Midwife showed us rolled 2 bath towel method is more effective to relieve the pressure in the wound.
Only best friend to my wife is the ice pad.

Costs a fortune, figured we were paying for quality. Arrived with the elastic band almost torn off and doesn't self inflate even after following the instructions. It works fine as a pillow I guess but we could have bought another brand for a quarter of the price.

1) Second Child and low back pain started much sooner then I expected and this product has made a difference sitting at work so a long time.
2) It’s so easy to carry around and use at any location (church chairs, movies, restaurants, even at my family dining table)
